I was so sad to hear of Charlie’s passing. I first met Charlie when I joined the Ministry of Labour 20 years ago. Charlie was as passionate about Ontario Mine Rescue then as he was up to and after his retirement. I am sorry I could not be there today to personally extend my deepest sympathy to you Wendy and your family. Keep all the wonderful memories of the time you shared with Charlie close and may they give you some comfort in this difficult time. Candys
