my deepest sympathies to Charle's Family and friends. I think of Charlie often when doing Mine Rescue, He was the "rock" that everyone turned to when questions couldn't be answered by others. I am very proud that Charlie was my First Mine Rescue Officer. I believed that he is reason that I have become the Mine Rescue Man that I am. He will be missed dearly.
