Condolence: Fern was a sweet, gentle, loving, and very funny man who stole my heart the minute I started working with him at Our Place Day Program... He had a great laugh and cute little sense of humour, we would, listen to Elvis (whom he loved) he'd love to dance when Elvis would play at our CLGS dances. We scrapbooked, looked at Hockey Magazines as he loves his Hockey, play Yahtzee, shred papers, and he was a so precise when it can to colouring. He enjoyed walks outside and always being the first to make it back to program after a brisk walk...he was full of life in his better days, and I will always remember the big strong hugs I would receive from him the minute I would walk into work... He was truly a beautiful man, and he had a piece of my heart for sure... I will miss him greatly but know that he is in a better place now, and will smile down upon us all from above... RIP sweet Fern.. U will not be forgotten... 😇🌹

Condolence: Fern was a very special man who will be not only remembered, but will be celebrated by all who knew him. He had a great sense of humor and an infectious smile. I've had many humorous conversations with him, and I consider myself lucky to have been a part of his life. To the family at this time, you have suffered a loss, and my heart goes out to you all. I look forward to Fern's Party and celebrating everything that made him the unique person we all knew and loved.
