I am so sorry to learn of Mrs. Gerling's death. I had the pleasure of being the Principal at CVDCS for a number of years and got to know her very well. She was a wonderful person and a credit to our school. She was loual and proud to be on staff. I enjoyed our many chats when I strolled through the cafeteria. The students and teachers loved her. Everyone called her the sponge lady as she was continually cleaning tables. I have many fond memories and send my prayers and thought to the family. Joe Drago
