Condolence: Ruth and family. I have just learned of Paul's passing from Jane Jenson and extend my sincere condolences to you for your loss. Paul and I first met at McGill in the 60's and reconnected through FaceBook several years ago. Coincidentally, I also worked for INCO on their Sulawesi site in Indonesia where I met my wife. I never did see Paul on site but we had lots to discuss when we reconnected. I loved his FB posts, particularly when he showed my "favourite" tree on your property along with the lake in their various seasonal cloaks from ice to snow to autumn colours to full summer splendour. His love of the outdoors and geology was evident in his posts. I offer my sympathy to the whole family. Ralph

Condolence: Dear family of Paul,
Realising that his almost daily lake pictures were missing from Facebook, I searched and found this very sad news. As you know, I have not seen Paul for many years, but FB did permit us to reconnect somewhat and also to see that he had hardly changed since the MOC years in the 1960s. He still hard his passion for the outdoors and for geology that we remember so well. You have much sympathy in this very hard time.

Condolence: Deepest sympathy, Ruth, and fond memories from our days in Sudbury. Tony first met Paul as a U of T student in 1974. He was a visiting lecturer and already highly respected in his field.
