It is with great sadness that the family announces Rolland's passing at his home in Sudbury, Thursday, January 19, 2017 at the age of 80 years. Son of Omer and Lea (née Fortin) Bertrand both predeceased. Loving spouse of Denise Morin (née Pezet) of Sudbury. Dear step-father of Guy Morin of Newmarket and Lise Lemieux (Roger) of Sudbury. Dear brother of Germaine Johnstone (Stewart predeceased) of Manitoba, Rolande Scanlan (Marcel predeceased) and Françoise Blaseg (Leonard predeceased) both of Sudbury, Gerard (Pauline) of Kapuskasing, Paulette Rocheleau (Ernie predeceased) of Val Caron and Pauline Thompson (Eddie) of Hanmer. Predeceased by his brothers Maurice (late Odette) and Henri (Margaret). He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his step-grandchildren Tara Lanteigne (Jordan), Andrew Morin, Martine Lemieux (fiancé Kevin) and Justin Lemieux, as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
