It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Sudbury on Wednesday, February 24h, 2016 at the age of 71 years. Beloved husband of Pauline (née Larocque) Yarkie of Chelmsford. Son of the late Edward and Mildred (née Rose) Yarkie. Father of Nancy Thompson (Matthew) and Bryan (Natalie). Dear brother of Georges (Pat), Betty Kirkey (late Charlie), Hilda Marshall (Wesley), Linda French (late Roger), Raymond (Ginette), Randy (Sylvianne), Bill (Connie) and Karl (Marlene). Cherished grandfather of Angela (Stephen), Brandon, Nicholas, Brianne, Mercedes, Madison, Xander, Trinity and Aven. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In keeping with Herman’s wishes there will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 5th, 2016 at 1 p.m. in the Cooperative Funeral Home Chapel, Chelmsford.
