It is with great sadness that the family of Sandra Mathieu (nee Dusick) announce her sudden passing. Sandra passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 25, 2015. A native of Levack, Ontario, she spent most of her adult life in Mississauga, proudly serving the Toronto Star and raising her family. She is survived by her husband Gilles, daughter Tammy, son Blayne (Melissa), brother Gerald (Sandra) and sister Linda. Memere will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Eden, Jaime, Noah, Benjamin and Nathan. Sandra was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Yvette and her brother Peter (Linda). A private family service will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015 at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Sandra can be made to the Canadian Red Cross - Sudbury Branch.
