Noone who everwent to Haileybury Public could ever forget Mr. Blackwell. He WAS the school. He was a wonderful boss to my mum for many years and she knew she was lucky to work for him. My favourite memory of my school years, and Mr. Blackwell would have been the organizer, were the wonderful Christmas concerts in the hallway for the entire school where we all came together to sing carols. It was magical for me each and every year. Condolences to all of you. Losing a parent is one of the harder things we go through. Know you are cradled in the loving thoughts of many as you begin this journey.
