My thoughts are filled with fond memories of my mentor & friend. Cecil hired me to my first teaching position at Haileybury PS and then was instrumental in my appointment as s principal. We became colleagues for a number of years until he became my “boss” as superintendent. He was always a mentor and excellent role model. Thank you for helping me to have a successful career Cec!!!
