So sorry to hear of Cec's passing! Condolences to the family. Cec was a true gentleman and a consummate professional. Carol and I had the pleasure of teaching at the same time with him and being supervised by him here in the Temiskaming Board of Ed. (District School Board O.N.E.) Dedicated and sincere about the teaching profession, Cec was missed when he left, and will be missed even more now.
