I have fond memories of Mrs. Hancock when I was growing up in the 1940's on the Horticultural Experiment Station.As pre-schoolers, my friends and I would gather round her while she entertained us by singing nursery rhymes, my favourite being "There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly." It had such an impact on me that many years later I sang it to my children and grand children.
