Obituary for Lilianne Arseneau (LeBreton)

Lilianne Arseneau (LeBreton)
ARSENEAU, Lilianne (née LeBreton)
The song is ended but the melody lingers on. It is with great sadness that the family of Lilianne Arseneau (nee LeBreton) announces her passing Sunday, September 17th 2017, in Sudbury, at the age of 81. Daughter of the late Edmond LeBreton and of the late Julie Anne LeBreton. Beloved wife of Alvida Arseneau (predeceased) of Coniston. Loving mother of Brenda Arseneau (husband Laurence) of Toronto, Denise Clouthier (husband Jerry) of Sudbury and Betty Arseneau of Sudbury. Predeceased by her son Michel and her daughters Suzanne and Paulette. Dear sister of Eva Mallais (late Felix) and Lorraine Dignard (late Alvida). Predeceased by her siblings Wilfred Arseneault (late Irène), Isaie Arseneault (late Marge), Arthur LeBreton (Verna), Clarence LeBreton (late Bernadette) and Gerald LeBreton (late Thérèse). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Chelsey, Chessa, Chad and Marilyne. Her great grandchildren Chase, Charlee and Chance. Mrs. Arseneau was a devoted housewife and mother with a huge heart who loved to laugh and enjoy life to the fullest. She was an active member in her church community for almost 20 years helping with the cooking, cleaning and serving dinners at church functions. She always looked forward to camping at her trailer at the Noëlville Camp & Trailer Park, as well as rejoicing with the Club Rigodon in Coniston. Lilianne also loved to bowl and play cards in her free time. We would like to thank the staff at Extendicare Falconbridge for their compassionate care. “Memere” will be greatly missed by her grandchildren who she loved dearly and who were her pride and joy. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Wednesday, September 20th, 2017 from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. and Thursday after 9 a.m. A funeral service will be held Thursday, September 21st, 2017 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations by cheque or online to the Foundation Fighting Blindness would be appreciated.
