It is with great sorrow the family announces his sudden passing in Sudbury at the age of 58 years. Son of the late Charles and the late Mary Jane (nee Cassidy) Fielding. Fiancé of Jana Bolan. Beloved father of Jessie Mckenzie (Kieran), Harley Fielding and their mother Kimmberly Delaurier, stepfather of Brianna, Hannah and Cole. Dear brother of Susan Fielding and Roger Fielding (Roxanne). Cherished grandfather of Emily, Sarah, Hunter, Genevieve, Wynter, Ryan and Liv. Sadly missed by his best friends Ken Trace and Randy Sheehan as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Jay was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved the sport of hockey and riding his motorcycle. His family was always most important to him and was his priority. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Saturday, December 31, 2016 from 2 to 5 p.m. Donations (by cheque only) to the French River Minor Hockey Association would be appreciated.
