Condolence: Memories of you sitting at our kitchen table with my Dad, telling stories, laughing and joking with us will always hold a special place in my heart. The precious memories you shared of your children and Nicole will be cherished always. The memories of years gone by at your place at Ella Lake with Natalie have never left my heart. Nothing will replace my favorite moment at Cheers. My first time having a drink with you and my Dad and listening to you talk of things that should have been, how you missed the loves of your life and how you cherished the memories. You tried so hard to be strong but that one tear fell down your cheek and you let it fall. No other words were said for a while, the jukebox played Daddy's girl and I got you up to dance. I could feel you tremble, but you continued to smile. I knew you were thinking of your children. When the song ended, you hugged me so tight and with a sad tone, thanked me and walked back to the table. So much love in your heart and soul. Although it was 26 years ago, I remember like it was yesterday. You were such a great friend to my parents and they loved you dearly as we all do. Thank you for the memories, thank you for the jokes and the laughter, thank you for sharing your memories with us, thank you for giving me the best friend anyone can ever ask for, (love you Natalie) thank you for being in our lives but mostly, thank you for being such a wonderful man. Love you to the moon and back.
