The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Sunday, January 24, 2016 at the age of 78 years. Daughter of the late Thomas and the late Bertha Bulloch. She now is reunited with her husband Wilfried Kurth (predeceased March 2012). Loving mother to Mazie McGlade (Shaun) and Brian Kurth (Jessica) both of Hanmer, Junior Kurth (Mary Ann) of Mississauga and Brenda Tompkins (Jack) of Hamilton. Will be dearly missed by her 9 cherished grandchildren Chris, Jeff, Jamie, Kyle, Brandon, Thomas, Nathan, Trevor, Laura and 1 great-granddaughter Abby Rose. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by extended family and friends. Special thanks to Danielle and the staff on the 5th floor at Extendicare York. In keeping with Shirley’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. Donations (by cheque only) to the Alzheimer Society, Sudbury Chapter would be greatly appreciated.
